VENDOR agrees to follow NTU ARTS & Garden Oaks Community Ctr rules, guidelines, and expectations set forth in this agreement. VENDOR participates voluntarily. NTU ARTS & Garden Oaks Community Ctr is NOT RESPONSIBLE for VENDOR personal or property loss, theft, damage, injury, or mishap. NO REFUND is issued on or after MAY 15,2025. NTU ARTS reserves the right to terminate vendor participation/agreement without refund due to violation misconduct, fraud, abuse, deception, violation or other breach of VENDOR AGREEMENT.
